Cadi Ayyad University :
The Cadi Ayyad University of Marrakesh ( UCAM) was created in 1978 to meet the needs south and southwest provinces of Morocco.
Since its creation, it knew a considerable evolution as well at the level of the educational structures as at the level of the infrastructures of the scientific research.
It contains 15 establishments among which we quote the Faculty of Science and the techniques of Marrakesh ( FSTM).
Faculty of sciences and techniques:
The FSTM was created in 1993 to strengthen the university potential and technological of the region of Marrakesh , develop and diversify the formations offered with the aim of a better integration of the university in its socioeconomic environment.
It has for mission :
• Initial formation in scientific and technical domains adapted to the needs of the region.
* classic LMD system
* engineering
* DUT
• Continuing education service for surrounding industries technical.
• Applied research in priority subjects with the aim of regional and national economy development.
The FSTM contains five Departments:
* Department of applied physics ·
* Department of chemical sciences ·
* Department of mathematics - computing ·
* Department of the Earth sciences ·
* Department of biology.
Master of Sciences and Techniques on Electrical engineering:
The main objectives of Master of Sciences and Techniques on Electrical engineering are:
• to form high-level and competent senior managers by offering them an efficient and well-balanced scientific and technological formation.
• to prepare its students with good experience for research fields presenting large opportunities.
